This is a bit ahead of the Ten Year Reading Plan, but Cato Unbound is having a debate this month on Immanuel Kant and Classical Liberalism.  I’ll give it a try, but it’s probably more understood after I’ve read some of the original.  Unfortunately, Kant shows up in the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and tenth year of the reading plan.  So I may very well be tossing myself into the deep end.

Cato Unbound is a monthly debate on various issues run by the Cato Foundation, a libertarian think tank.  Recent debates have been on the following subjects:

I should read this blog more often, but this month is on point with my blog.

    Kant must be read slowly, and you may want to take notes, particularly whenever he offers a definition. I’d recommend one or two of the shorter works before trying to get into any of the Critiques.
